Coating StructureDouble-sided (Imaging Layer & Protective Layer)Ensures scratch resistance and precise thermal imaging.
Optical CharacteristicsLow fog, high definition, high maximum density (\(D_{max}\)), bright toneDelivers crisp image contrast and sharp detail for accurate diagnosis.
Printer CompatibilityOptimized for Kenid & Fuji thermal imagersBroad hardware support across standard medical markets.
Shelf Life / Validity24 Months (under specified storage conditions)Ensures long-term material stability and inventory flexibility.

Product Characteristics & Applications
  • Core Application: Specifically engineered for outputting digital medical images from CT, MRI, DR, CR, and digital ultrasound workflows.

  • Universal Usability: Features low fogging and exceptionally bright tones. It is directly compatible with major market-leading imager brands such as Fuji.

  • Testing Requirement: While optimized for Kenid and Fuji printers, pre-testing is required on other printer brands before mass deployment to determine the optimal density and grayscale settings.

Environmental & Operational Guidelines
1. Storage Environment (Original Packaging)
The product must be kept in its original packaging within a dry, cool, dust-free environment. Protect it from direct sunlight, radiation, and reactive chemical gases.
  • Temperature & Humidity: Maintain a temperature between 10°C to 23°C and relative humidity (RH) between 30% to 65%. Keep well away from any heat sources.

  • Atmospheric Quality: The storage facility must be entirely free from corrosive or acid-alkaline vapors, including Hydrogen Sulfide (\(H_{2}S\)), Ammonia (\(NH_{3}\)), Sulfur Dioxide (\(SO_{2}\)), and Formaldehyde (\(CH_{2}O\)).

  • Physical Stacking: Store boxes vertically (upright) to prevent adverse surface pressure or pressure-induced artifacts.

2. Optimal Operating Environment
  • Temperature: 18°C to 24°C

  • Relative Humidity: 50% to 65% RH

Important Handling Notices
  • Temperature Acclimatization: If the film was stored in a low-temperature room, you must keep it in its original sealed package for at least 4 hours at room temperature before opening. This prevents condensation from forming on the film surface, which can cause severe imaging defects or damage the printer's thermal head.

  • Physical Handling: Do not bend, fold, squeeze, or friction-rub the film sheets. Handle with clean, dry hands only. Avoid touching the active surface to prevent skin oils, static traces, or physical artifacts.

  • Disposal: Waste film and discarded sheets must be disposed of safely in strict accordance with local environmental protection laws and public regulations.
